TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. OVERVIEW Welcome to the Of All The Things website, operated by Kino Bino ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing a digital license or toolkit from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this website, including the Of All The Things film, animations, text, graphics, and downloadables (presentation, printable worksheet and posters), is the exclusive property of Kino Bino and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

3. DIGITAL LICENSING & PERMITTED USE When you purchase a license (Community, Professional, or Education) through this website, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Film and Toolkit under the specific terms of that tier.

Unless explicitly agreed in a separate written contract, the following rules apply to all purchases:

  • Internal & Direct Client Use: The film and resources are strictly designed for internal training, educational sessions, and staff inductions within your organisation. If you are an independent trainer or consultant wishing to use the Toolkit with external clients, you must obtain prior written consent from Kino Bino.

  • Secure Storage: You may host the film on a secure internal server, local hard drive, or password-protected staff portal, but it must never be accessible to the general public.

  • Strict Prohibitions: You may not broadcast the film on television, upload it to public streaming sites (like YouTube or Vimeo), sub-license it, or use it to provide paid consultancy services to third parties without permission.

  • Definition of an Organisation: An "Organisation" is defined as a single legal entity, individual school, or single localised branch. National or multi-national umbrella organisations must purchase separate licenses for each distinct regional office, trust, or campus, unless a custom multi-site license has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4. LICENSE EXPIRATION & FILE DELETION If you have purchased a time-limited license (such as a Single Screening, 1-Year or 3-Year term), your right to screen the film and use the Toolkit expires at the end of that period. Upon expiration, you must either renew your license with us, or permanently delete all downloaded files (including the film and resource packs) from your networks, portals, and individual devices. Continued use of the materials after your license has expired is a breach of copyright.

5. SCREENING LOGISTICS & RESPONSIBILITIES Kino Bino provides the digital film and Toolkit resources only. The licensee is solely responsible for organising, funding, and managing all technical, venue, and promotional logistics for their internal screenings or training sessions. We do not provide physical equipment, venue hire, or event management services.

6. TERRITORY & CONTENT SUITABILITY Licenses may be purchased globally; however, please note that the signposting, legal references, and support links provided in the Toolkit are specific to the UK. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the educational content and guidance are appropriate, relevant, and legally compliant for their specific region or territory.

7. REFUNDS & DIGITAL DOWNLOADS Because the Of All The Things Toolkit is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. Please ensure you have selected the correct license tier before purchase.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We provide the film and toolkit in standard, high-quality digital formats. Kino Bino is not liable for any technical failures, playback issues, or compatibility problems arising from your local hardware, software, or network settings. It is the buyer's responsibility to test the files before any screening or training event.

9. UPDATES TO RESOURCES Your purchase covers the current version of the Of All The Things Film and Digital Toolkit. Future major revisions or entirely new resource volumes may be subject to a separate purchase or update fee.

10. GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
